Dickey's Barbecue Pit Review Folsom

Isn’t it funny how we find ourselves jones-ing for certain foods? I mean there’s chocolate, french fries, ice cream, milk shakes,  burgers and so much more. But then the big one hits – Bar-B-Q! I mean great ribs, pulled pork, honey glazed ham, roasted turkey, sausage, etc.  I don’t know about you, and while I love so many foods, nothing makes my mouth water more than good Bar-B-Q…and Dickey’s delivers on all fronts, including Polish kielbasa, a staple food where I grew up (metro NY) as a kid. 

On a recent trip to the Folsom Dickey’s I made sure to re-educate myself in regards to their menu and gosh darn it, I’m working here, so we had to order almost everything on the menu, including all the wonderful side dishes they offer,  so that I could do my job right – I take this eating thing seriously! 

So let’s get down to business here and let me tell you what I did not like: The fried onions were all tangled! Oh, wait a minute, they are called ‘tanglers’. Now I’m thinking they are supposed to be all tangled? Well if that’s the case, then I need to go back and work to find something I did not like.
